Quiet and elegant rooms, excellent views of downtown.

The positives include perfect and magnificent location and parking on-site.

I find the hotel well-kept, reasonably clean and the staff is attentive. The venue offers new-fashioned and generous-sized rooms with a king sized bed and fridge, as example, I am very pleased about that. The location is excellent, at walking distance from Phoenix Symphony Hall. It is in a relaxing area. There is a GOOD outdoor restaurant, serving tasty dishes. The service is good, includes reasonably priced parking. Besides, they charge usd 15 per 24 hours for Internet.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with a tub situated next to the window, my bed was comfy.

Had excellent stay in town for a couple of days with nice staff and favourable location to everything you need including light rail stop. Location: the hotel was just off the airport and an office building. Harumi Sushi, where you can eat appetising food, was set 10 minutes walk away. The room was reasonably spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a great view plus a tub, just what was needed. There were coffee/tea making machines and a fridge too.

Modern hotel with wonderful views over the downtown. Nice bed & beautiful position just off anywhere in Phoenix and the rail station. Again, walking distance to Wells Fargo History Museum. What a really nice stay, nothing to complain about.

Convenient location for exploring the city. Helpful staff provided transportation information. Comfortable and quiet room with spacious bathroom. Delicious room service food. Will definitely return.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Phoenix and had a great experience. The location was convenient, as it was close to the freeway, making it easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff provided excellent service, always being kind and helpful. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast offered, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful view of the city skyline.

One downside was that the hotel was not close to any grocery or pharmacy stores, so I felt like a total captive audience.

The staff were wonderful, the comfort of the room was outstanding. I would definately chooose his jotel again (with the expectation of addditional charges)

Room ended up costing $130 more than original quote after taxes, service charges and parking fees. Beware of additional charges.

The service at the restaurant was bellow 0. Poor very poor. I did not receive the two queen size bad as booked. Not even as promised at the front desk after arival. Bad situation ... You charged my credit card before arrival and this made me a huge problem.

A safe, cable channels and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the comfortable bed. Large bathroom and a roll in shower with good sewerage. Central location, just a short stroll away from Talking Sticks Resort Arena. Good service and amazing value.

The rooms are generous sized, brand-new, and come with a safe, cable channels and a mini-fridge-bar. Its location is stunning & good, near attractions as well as dinner options, the convention centre, right beside a metro station and the in-house restaurant, and downtown restaurants. Please let the amazingly helpful and really helpful staff know of our gratefulness for a really nice stay.
